For the past few S.P.H.E and Science lessons, we have been learning about healthy eating. We’ve learned lots about the food pyramid and how much of each section of food that we should eat. Last week we did group work where we got three different sheets of paper with plates printed on them. With the three different sheets, we had to stick down foods that we should eat lots of, foods we should eat sometimes and foods we should have very little of.We also had to draw a healthy dinner and label the different foods.
We should have about 5 fruits and vegetables a day, 🥗, and very small servings of sugars and fat.
